Content standards

I joined the site on 17.1.16 and still don't find it very user friendly , why do you keep posts on that are months out of date? I know the topics are numerous but there has to be a clearer way to list them perhaps just simple alphabetical order would help .I have started to communicate with one lady and found we have a lot in common so from that point of view it has been beneficial.
