I'm open to a female or male travel partner, hoping to make a life-long friend and possible future travel partner. I like to cook, am a registered nurse so can handle medical emergencies, and I keep a cool head.
I like animals, nature, photography, swimming in mountain lakes, seeing the northern lights (on my bucket list), dancing, and music. Easy-going but not the life of the party. Can be a little shy at first, but I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs, and once you get to know me, you will see I have a dry sense of humor, but a warm, caring heart.
I am a good cook, and a warm, nurturing person who does not get flustered easily, and I rarely get sick. I can handle cooking special diets, food allergies, etc. I don't smoke and don't drink anything other than an occasional glass of wine. I am physically able to backpack, hike and kayak. I'm also an artist and photographer, so enjoy visiting cultural locations, museums, etc., and natural settings most of all. .
I'm also hoping to find a travel companion for a trip around Europe this year.
I'm 69 going on 28 so I still have the adventurous spirit. I must spend some time in Italy as I've never been , I would prefer to drive and take the train , I don't fancy the whirlwind coach trips that travel through lots of countries but see very little along the way.

I intend to hire a car and travel without making too many reservations as I believe we should not be tied too much to an itinerary.
I must include Italy for at least a week as I've never been. Vienna is also high on my list but I am extremely flexible apart from these two places.
Fun is absolutely paramount.

F 53, recently widowed
Hope to hear from someone
Karen.
I'm really sorry to hear about your situation and I can relate. I lost my husband 6 months ago - I'm 53. I'm also looking to go somewhere (to recuperate), but I hadn't thought of Goa. Funny, that's where I went when my dad died. I really want to go somewhere to spend a month or two swimming, bird watching and cycling to try and get my strength back. What did you have in mind for Goa? I was hoping to find somewhere with a river or lake to swim in, so probably not India! What do you think?
I hope you find what you're looking for, if it's not me!
Cheers,
Rowan
I live in the South of England (Hampshire). I have been widowed for 10 years and have tried to move on with life as best as possible. I enjoy travelling but have not ventured to many places but would like to change this. I have visited Malta, Germany and have been on a cruise. I am looking for a male or female companion to travel a little further a field or return to Malta.

I haven't travelled very much, but with time rushing on by, I've decided I'd like to change that and just go places! Having recently moved to the east of England, I don't know many people, so it would be really good to find new friends and hopefully someone to travel with. I've just entered my 60's!!!
A few ideas would be Portugal, Spain, a cruise, Europe, Canada, Australia - and of course open to ideas!
Happy New Year and enjoy your travels.
I live in Lincolnshire, on the East coast.
A cheerful lady driver with her own car is wanted as a companion for occasional UK holidays, short breaks, and outings, by a busy widower with limited mobility, 87. Minimal caring needed. Nice hotels and expenses all paid. Location: Hythe, Kent. email [email protected]
I am an adventurous single female, looking for any relaxed, calm person around middle age - who would like to go on a travel adventure. Perhaps to south america or somewhere else with a warmer / hotter climate... ?
Do get in touch if you are seeking adventure ... look forward to hearing from you 🙂

I'm in that mid age category, so 45 to 65 probably works best, though fun and easygoing personality is the most important thing.
I'm divorced, professional, independent and optimistic, and I've been exploring the world as much as possible since I was in my teens.
I have no fixed agendas but am initially looking to get away to warmth and sunshine this winter - a couple of weeks here and there, or longer in the right place/'s.
I can be adventurous, but thinking of nice hotels or renting villa or whatever with others.
If you think you may be interested, individually or in forming a small group, then please get in touch.

New to this, so feel a bit odd.....I'm a 67 yo straight male; been to Germany, England, Scotland (3 times, LOVE it), Canada, Mexico (twice), Hawaii (4 times, LOVE it) ,Alaska cruise, and lived in Thailand for almost 10 yrs. Still have urge to explore, but solo is not as much fun. I am respectful, neat, and know where the boundary lines are, so am not concerned about traveling with females or males.
Sharing a space needn't be a concern for a prospective roomie, and I don't snore. Hope I haven't violated some cultural or social norms.......Would like to cruise, (maybe the Caribbean area), or the
western South American coast, but am open to new ideas and places.
Stay open-minded--
