Maybe that person is Farage he’s done it once getting us out of the EU which was in itself a massive almost impossible achievement.
I believe Trump has had a strong influence on Farage. If that is the case then they both will tackle the Whitehall state head on and win.
Perhaps we also need an Elon Musk to dismantle so many useless functions of the State.
With the forces available to the 'blob', pressure from the EU (both internal and external), unions and lobbyists and, among several other things the fact that past politicians have tied us in knots with treaty after treaty ... I wonder if he could actually pull off a tenth of what he preaches?
I fully admit he's an ambitious chap; starting off as a lone public voice against our membership of the EU and building the momentum over many years. He built such a powerful case for Brexit 52% of voters bought into it. I didn't because already I was sure Brexit was our only way forward. I still believe that but so many politicians and the blob haven't acted on the will of the people. I fully expect another referendum in this parliament to reverse the first one.
What makes Farage supporters think these same delinquent forces won't freeze any change he might make in high office?
Look what happened to Liz Truss. She started off well but that visionary budget was stonewalled by the B of E, the markets and international bankers who lend us huge amounts of money. Out she went and we got, well, Sunak, a Goldman Sachs banker.
So there are quite clearly malevolent forces at work behind the scenes - the same forces would actively oppose Farage.
