Hello, I hope you are all keeping safe. When you live alone it is very self isolating, so get out into your garden as much as you can, if you can. Chat to neighbours . If you have a hobby that too is good. Don't be afraid to ask for help, your local church will have or know where to contact trustworthy volunteers. Stay Safe everyone there will be a light at the end of the tunnel.

Can anyone recommend and Osteopath in the Braunton Area?
I know some practices are opening up soon ... I have had back pain for 4 weeks now, and have put any treatment on hold. Tried stretching but think I need to see an expert. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hello anyone on here from sunny Norwich? We have lived here all our lives and love it. With the lockdown eased a bit we have been walking in the countryside by the city and have discovered even more little places than we thought we know. The weather has helped as well. Look forward to hearing from others around Norwich.
