Nurturing a safe environment
Our Silversurfers community is designed to foster friendships, based on trust, honesty, integrity and loyalty and is underpinned by these values.
We don't tolerate swearing, and reserve the right to remove any posts which we feel may offend others... let's keep it friendly!
Since they cannot work from home they should get free parking or free bus passes plus one free hot meal per shift (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as appropriate.
This would be fair for all levels of pay within the profession and perhaps those on the highest salaries
might think of a way to help the lowest paid colleagues further.
This is probably a stupid way to look at the problem and I welcome thoughts from others.
