I prefer not to be on a 'diet', but practising a healthy life style.
Is my very successful weight management programme.
Instead dieting and putting it back on again, we change your mind.
Make a lifestyle change for life.
No more diets.
I have just started the new version of the 5.2 diet .It has fasting days and 800 cal days . I have struggled and felt a bit woozy but have lost 5ibs this week .
I have had 4 shoulder operation, a new knee ( in the last 5 years ) and bad back ,scaitata, so I find it difficult to exercise .This diet is working . I'm on the 2nd week ,feels easier.
I let you know next week .....good luck
Diet no, eat well , have breafast every morning if you can,
light lunch and small dinner, ..
But lots of exercise.
To lose weight you must exercise. Find a class you can enjoy and stick to it,
you may suprise yourself.. probably a group class.
