Gremlins on the site or is it my computer???

Have just managed to log on to Silversurfers after getting odd messages all day and being directed to a different website and find that most of the messages and photos are about a week old - so my question is - are there gremlins on the site or is it my computer?

Hello Carole ... I am afraid we did have gremlins today and some of the recent photos and messages have unfortunately been lost. If you would like reload any photos that you shared last week you are most welcome. I am glad to say we are now up and running again .. please accept my apologies if any of your messages or photos are not visible. Best wishes Sally

Thanksgiving for your speedy response. I seem to have lost chat messages as well - are they retrievable or not?

Hello Carole ... for the time being assume they are not retrievable I am afraid .. I am so sorry for the inconvenience ... technology is wonderful when it is working well, but can be challenging when it trips over! 🙁
