Tantrum Tarantella
Tantrum Tarantella was not a nice girl
She snarled and she growled and stamped on the ground
When told to clean up she screamed and she howled
She whirled and she swirled and shouted out aloud
Sometimes her screaming grew quite a crowd.
She swirled and she twirled when told to eat up
She would bang on her plate and hurtle the cup
She mumbled and grumbled when bedtime came
Throw herself on the floor she thought it a game.
She wanted her way and she spat and she kicked
The adults around she thought she had tricked!!
Her misguided mum said she was ever so good
But putting control in she misunderstood
So Tantrum tarantula got her own way
She is still acting up to this very day
She is an adult now!
