Breakfast wrap
Ingredients:-
1 or 2 eggs
1 or 2 slices of lean bacon
1 or 2 sausages of your choice
Handful sliced mushrooms
1 wrap
2 pieces of foil. 1 about 6 x 6 inches and the other big enough to hold the whole thing.
Method:-
Cook your eggs how you like them, (scrambled may get messy when eating, but omelette is a good way)
Cook the bacon, sausage and mushrooms.
Layout the wrap, and load everything into the middle. Try not to overload it or it may not hold everything in.
Fold the bottom up first, then fold and roll the sides.
Wrap the small piece of foil around the bottom part to hold it together.
Then wrap in the larger piece of foil to keep it warm and intact.
To keep it warmer for longer you could wrap the whole thing in a clean tea towel.
But it’s delicious and filling whether hot or cold.
