Endless love
Endless love
Gone are the teenage years of lust,
But still in you I put my faith and trust.
Nearly 40 years since we first met!
How long will it last? 6 months, 5 years a lifetime!
I wonder who thought of putting on a bet?
We’ve laughed, we’ve loved and I’ve cried over the years,
You’ve always been there to dry my tears.
Two amazing kids, four cats and one dog later,
Along with endless roasts with onion mashed potato.
Cuddles, hugs and doggy kisses,
You old softie, don’t forget about me!
I’m your missus!
So here’s to many more years,
Any excuse to raise a glass, cheers!
Who knows what life will throw at us,
we’ll get through it whatever,
You and me my love together forever xx ❤️
