Wobbly bits….

Wobbly bits…..

A few years ago my granddaughter said to me
” What are the wobbly bits that I can see ?”
I said “they come with age, that’s what happened to me”
I decided I would get fitter and lose some weight,
I would look younger, slimmer and would feel great.

I will now report on the progress that I made
I did quite well for someone now aged 75
I’m fit, healthy and weigh less than 9 stone,
So slim and trim, but not all skin and bone!

Swimming, walking, Pilates and keep fit classes,
Wobbly bits gone, when I look without my glasses!
So for my age, I’m quite happy with my body,
My mind is still keen, so I wrote poems for a hobby.
