Brexit court judgement?? Is democracy dead?????
Watch this postOur MP's are so arrogant that they feel we the people of the UK yes Scotland as well , haven't got the brain capacity to vote for what we the people believe and want. Democracy is dead in Britain if these idiots get there way. My question to people is that any MP that votes against us leaving the EU should not be vote back in to there constituencies as they would be defying the will of democracy within Great Britain Shame on them!

I'm afraid if UKIP were the official opposition and they appear to think they are, then we really are going back to an era of intolerance and hatred (already witnessed since Brexit was announced).
advisory. Given that omission by the legislators where we go from here was always going to be uncertain. The result of today's judgment may well be overturned by a higher court. However if the ruling is confirmed all it means is there as to be an act of Parliament to confirm enacting Article 50. From what I have seen on the news, so far, is that even remain MP's are not minded to block Article 50 but they want more information on what withdrawal from the EU looks like as I suspect most sensible people want as well. If it goes pear shaped the PM always has the option of calling a General Election but how that would affect Brexit is highly uncertain because it depends who wins. Given what would be at stake you could see people voting in a different way to how they normally do in order to get the EU option they prefer. As Confucius said may you live in interesting times!!!

The thing that concerns me about the referendum was that not all affected Brits were allowed to vote. People that have lived abroad in Europe for more than fifteen years were not allowed to vote, but because of the outcome the pensions of those people have diminished. My own by 20%.
Many people believed a lot of the hype. Look at the big red bus that had a placard stating how the nhs would improve once we left. It was simply not true.
Look at the scaremongering in respect of immigrants.
There has been a lot of misinformation that caused some people to vote inadvisedly.
I am pleased that the matter will pass through parliament. The referendum was simply advisory.
Moving forward, what I would like to see are some structured plans for the future of our country.
I would also like to see a general election. Our current leader was not elected, and that is of a great concern to me.
