Tip for tastier cauliflower

Why do hotels just serve up plain boiled cauliflower?

Give it a lovely nutty taste by heating up a large knob of butter till it froths and turns brown, then pour over whole cauliflower or florets. It is delicious to do this if you don’t want to bother making a cheese or nutmeg white sauce.

My mother was German and never did vegetables without adding something to them to enhance the flavour.
