Do you sleep with a snorer?
Broken nights of sleep due to sharing a bed with someone who snores, is proving to be an issue for over 40% of couples in the UK.
According to the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association there are 15 million snorers in the UK. Male snorers outnumber female snorers by two to one. Recent research suggests, those living in Northern Ireland have the highest incidence of snorers, and also snoring may be hereditary. Post-menopausal women are more likely to snore than younger women!
Does your other half’s snoring keep you awake at night? Are you forced to sleep in another room? Have you tried any methods to help stop the snoring? Or maybe you’re a snorer yourself and it’s your partner who is wearing the earplugs at night?
