Will you set a New Year’s Resolution this year?
New Year’s resolutions are an annual tradition for some.
As we prepare to change our calendars from 2020 to 2021, many people are already thinking about their goals for the year ahead.
2020 has been a challenge for us all and being optimistic will help us achieve a much brighter year ahead.
Setting a resolution can be great motivation to try and improve ourselves – and no surprise, two of the most popular resolutions include losing weight and quitting smoking.
While it’s positive to set goals for ourselves, many of us feel the expectation of a New Year, New You is unrealistic and damaging.
After all, we don’t need to wait until a new calendar year to make goals and plans.
What do you think? Do you feel energised by the New Year or believe it’s a trap people fall into after the excess of the festive season? Will you set a New Year’s resolution?
