Chocolate – from the fridge or at room temperature?
It's time to get stuck into a serious debate on one of life’s most pressing issues
It is not refrigerated in-store but many of us keep our supplies of the delicious brown stuff in the fridge once we bring it home. Others don’t see the point of it.
Is there a right and wrong way to store your chocolate at home? Is it personal preference and does everyone who lives in the same house share the same taste?
Should chilled chocolate come to room temperature before you eat it? Does cold chocolate melt and disperse flavour as nicely as room temperature chocolate? And possibly more importantly, can your teeth cope with chilled chocolate straight from the fridge?
So many un-answered questions ….
