Why are all the over 50 exercise classes daytime? I work so these aren’t any good for me but I also don’t want to (ok, let’s face it, can’t!) join a spin/HIIT class with a bunch of millennials. Is anyone else in a similar position (ie working full time, over 60, unfit) who would like an exercise buddy?

The funny thing is that I have posted on here before, but it does not show up.
I have seen a post from a lady (fairly recently, by which I mean 2022) who lives in Stowmarket, but this again does not seem to be available.
Please, all you Ipswich dwellers and people in surrounding areas, such as Stowmarket, Wooodbridge, Framlingham and all villages in between, send a messsage so we can find out how many of us there are.

I cannot believe that there is nobody out there who lives in or near Ipswich!
I think there would be the same result if it was just named Suffolk - no-one interested.
I live about two miles from Ipswich proper - though the way things are going we will soon be incorporated into the town. I do not like that idea. I am female, mid seventies, and would be interested in meeting and messaging other Silversurfers who live in the area.

Dear all Does anyone know of a reliable carpenter to help me. My mum has a door from her garage into the garden and when we had the high winds it came off the hinges. This needs to be re hung. It is a solid door. Chells area. Would be most grateful for any recommendations. Thank you
