I'm in South Yorkshire but always happy to chat. I try my best to check in at least once a day and look at the chats.
South Yorkshire maybe, but that is definitely a German/European name. I live very near the Gower,South Wales. Tell me about yourself. Hobbies, interests, career, dreams and hopes. Let’s just chat.
I've only got as far as Swansea in South Wales I did some work at Goresinion I think it was called and a lot more recently just outside of Rhyl in the North.
I've given up on getting some deliveries in time for Christmas. Think it's just hit or miss now when we will get the Postman at the door.
How's the travelling for work going with the current weather? Those early starts mean you'll be getting all the lovely untraveled, frosty roads first thing.
Sandra
the other girls thought it was hilarious ,dragged out of a chippy by a copper ..
I managed to get away to France between the two lockdowns just getting back a day earlier before the second lockdown started. Your free rail travel must be marvelous I love travelling on the train but these days it is more often than not cheaper to fly. I've just broken up for the festive season and just winding down with all work at a halt. The last job to close was in Ripon and for a minute I thought it was touch and go wether we would be finished.
I hope you and your family are well.
Name too long. Your story was so funny, if you don’t have a Welsh accent beware! Seriously just joking. I’m twenty minutes from the mumbles. So where are you from?
I know your area - lived in Knaresborough through the 90's...elder son lives there with his family now- best view ever over the river and Mother Shipton;s Cave from the Castle...in autumn!
Younger son lives in York...lovely part of the World!
Caro
I love Holland - visited Amsterdam when working in Belgium - Blankenburg in 1966 ...and Middleburg ...lovely clean country with flowers on every windowsill. Also lived In Paris then near Rheims for while..Italy for a season - Rimini - and Kipseli in Athens later...1970! France again more recently in retirement - the Var - then travelling with our caravan...miss it very much now! Caro

I’ve got to say your refusal was so polite, it’s a classic. Made me laugh. My aunts 87 in her own home and the only way they will take her out of there is in a wooden box xx
You are funny. I was born in Rugby so not to far. Relocated to Wales to help my aunt aged 87 years young! Two children daughter lives in Melton Mowbray, son in Dallas, Texas. Hence my name . Married for over twenty five years, divorced twelve years ago. Slight culture shock. Alas, no grandchildren yet. Read your bio, we have nothing in common I love silly films, Korean series (they are so respectful) crime series etc on Netflix. I’m an avid reader, love musical theatre but not opera. Love Mario Lanza, listened to his Christmas carols yesterday whilst wrapping. So beautiful I ended up with soggy wrapping paper . Nothing but admiration for people who can sew, do needlepoint, knit, crochet. My mother and grandmother were so talented. I can’t but I do draw. May I ask why Beany? What are you doing for Christmas? My aunt and I are visiting my daughter.. Hopefully speak soon,
AJDallas
I was married for thirty four years to Bill a lovely guy eighteen years older than me and our two sons are doing us proud.I see Ryan often as he pops up from Northampton and is excellent at doing any odd jobs round the house. My elder son lives in London and does not drive .He and his Italian wife have my two grandchildren.Alessandro is at Prague Uni and Sophia is in London.I have one sister and three nieces so not a huge family but we are all close and do a fortnightly on line get together to hear all the news.As an avid tv watcher I am going to watch Strictly which has been altered to cover the footballHopefully I won’t lose you again.Beany
Can’t believe it, my first name Avril but was always called by my middle name since birth: Jean, and my father always called me Jean the Queen
From Jean the Queen My son is married to a Mexican/American girl. He and she are so beautiful from inside and out. Really miss him since he moved to Dallas. He is an architect, honours student; 6ft 5inches so not to tall in Dallas My daughter whom I spoilt rotten ♀️ But a credit to to me! Doesn’t drink, smoke, eat unhealthy foods, wonderful daughter but I’m the antipathies! Georgie is successful, beautiful and trust me, given I’m very critical has a lovely partner, Ben. But it’s hard yes Beany; when the children you focused on too much leave. the nest. Anyway we all get together at holidays. Both children want me to live with them but I can never leave my aunt. Strictly I watch now and again, honestly prefer law & order Come on Beany can only have so much frilly dresses, or dresses that don’t really. exist One thing I hope, we are not messaging for everyone else to see Did ask silver chat but as yet no response. Hope you’re really looking forward to Christmas, I’m just about sorted bar wrapping. At least not waiting for any more parcels to arrive, thank goodness xx
No doubt ,,sadly .. Sally ,,boss lady will put you in "incognito mode ". However if you would like a hanger on !!!! I'm here .
this is a good second best , I do tend to talk to most dogs when out ,,the wagging tail is a good sign ,wagging teeth ,,,not , So ,,,are you a tail or teeth person??? I have a huge
sense of humour , needed ,when you live alone ,and can't get the car out of the drive ,,,, slope and rear wheel drive ,

now we are on a lifelong addiction .Kept them for years ,how I worked and took care of ,and rode ,daily I was up in the North east one day ,about 100 miles away .weather forecast came on ,heavy rain in E Yorks , that was it ,,mad dash down the motorway ,horses were out with no rugs on .Arrived ,, weather OK ,,,horses ,looked ,enough to say .."your'e home early ." Don't have any horses, or dogs at the moment ,long boring story ,but I' not happy ,plus .no riding because of two shoulder operations . My travelling is reduced to the UK , being a creature of impulse ,I just go ,to the coast .up to Cumbria ,North Yorks , . I really enjoy driving .still, even though i drove mega miles with my job
Holiday will be a tad boring and quiet ,,my life was totally disrupted ,,about 15 years ago ,I had to leave my dream location .the edge of the Atlantic in Southern Ireland and return here
to take care of a mother ,who had more or less ignored me for most of my life , So,,
no friends ,,no life ,,,no horses ,,,but ,,,,I do have my best friend ,,,,My car ,,,,
and ,,,I almost lose the will to live ,,as I search this site for people I have met ,designated never to meet again ,,,BOO HOO
My daughter will never have another horse after her horse Roza, who was a total handful! Very sad I would love to see her get another horse. Now to address your issue: You are mobile, there is life in the old girl yet Christmas is never boring get yourself a classic bottle of wine for Christmas Eve, turn those Christmas lights on and watch a great movie xx Also remember there are always people who will chat to you, as I’m chatting now. Re: chat answer me this how can a company promise delivery 21st Dec. via Amazon, then come back to me saying delivery after 27th! Also tell me I can either refund or accept delivery later (after Christmas). I would love to cancel order, trouble is item great for my son in law ♀️
is on the able .all ready ,with me in a sitting position ,,,no fally over problems .. You have to go and look at horses , lots of them .. A horse will pick your daughter ,sounds odd ,,but it works ,,
I went to buy a donkey picked one ,ready to leave ,when another came up to me ,and put his head on my arm ,,,, what could I do ???? Put 'em both in the horse box , I am going to give your Amazon prob a miss ,I much prefer proper shopping . Delivery is instant ,,,You could get out there and physically look for whatever it is . Have a reasonable xmas stay vertical ,,,
Sorry just got back had a fantastic Christmas and New Year. My aunt and I stayed with my daughter and her partner. So much fun. Re: my daughter she is talented (I don’t know the horses bit piece , would say main but not sure if the correct spelling to its rear ) My daughter awarded scholarships on horses supplied (we are not rich) won competitions especially jumping and dressage, and taught riding, Just her passion stopped when she lost her horse Roza,: A completely neurotic thoroughbred. Oh and they did pick each other, only my daughter could control her, Mind you her Serbian grandfather was a horse whisperer so maybe that’s where she got the talent from ♀️ Anyway enough about my daughter. Firstly how are the donkeys? What are their names! You are so soft when it comes to animals Secondly what are your New Years Resolutions? Did you have a great Christmas? Bye4Now x
to keep the horses company, she produced a skewbald girl .called Tiffany 'cos she was born at breakfast time ,,,Totally not expected... cars used to pull up to see tiny donkey wrapping herself
around the legs of a very large horse ,called Laura and obviously loved her to bits, Next two ,,should have been one ,rescued from a slaughter yard ,brown and shaggy ,called her Zara ..
About to leave ,when thiis scruffy pure white bundle ,came up to me ,,,,,,,,I have told you this ,,,,,
brain did a rib kick ,so I trawled back ,,Yup ,,not going to tell you twice ,,
I suppose you spent a lot of time on the floor over the holidays ..safest place to be !!!!!!!
my Xmas was expectedly quiet , Proper friends all live miles away .. And ,,,lifelong rule .not to drive on motorways in holiday times ,,
I do like ,and love animals ,horses first .dogs next ,,,, goats , are like clouds to take car of ,, rabbits that lived in the hay store and would come when called ,a homing pigeon that lost it's way and decided to stay .and slept on a horse back. enough ,,on my favourite subject
Sunday morning ,,RAIN Coffee I think ... No housework ,,,never do any on a day that ends in AY,, Check where I am .....which site ,,,, under which heading ,,,,The word Farce comes to mind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ,
We are so opposite you and I but you make me laugh. I’m into comfort, tv, books, holidays and no Ari totally teetotal over Christmas; boring. You are into animals and the great outdoors. However, you are great to chat to, Hope you get this message, I still can’t work this site! Drop me a line.and tell me what you’re up too.
Are you there? Lost you! Hope all okay x
Happy you have met someone to chat to. Your son is absolutely right, but you are a lovely lady, I only connected because live with my 87 year old aunt, who is fabulous. Also awake strange hours because I research for my son in Dallas. Anyway take care and stay happy x One thing Beany how do I go private to avoid the public website like you did?
Best wishes x
Bit of a dichotomy family man and holding hands? Wish you well.

Food and etc. must be stock piled ahead of time. Much of business such as bus, groceries close during storms. Many highways are prone to closing.
I am new and looking for chat, ideally voice perhaps via skype with other polymaths, intellectuals, free thinkers who like listening and commenting on Colbert and Johnathan Pie.
Who aren't afraid to speak their mind.
We'd like to joke around , appreciate satire and wonder what may be new in medical and science research.
