Anybody has any diet stories to share? My doctor tells me that my overall health will improve if I can lose some weight. But it is sooooo hard to lose weight.


I have considered several diets but I am looking for one which is sustainable. No point trying a diet where you lose weight and then put on even more after that.


During Covid, I have been exercising a lot and I am trying to eat less. I am still waiting to see results

You might want to look at gut health, I have recently been looking at the Synergy program to improve gut health there seems to be a lot in it and I know lots of people now who swear by it as a way to feel better and loose weight this is my friend might be worth having a chat, its not a pure diet as such more changing the way you eat and getting you gut healthy which then as a result allows you to loose weight and not yo yo.
