I live in the Chicago area burbs..I have some medical issues and very bad knees and deal with a weight problem! I'm not sure how this works, but I'm giving it a try

I have just this moment joined, I’m not sure how it works yet, but I’m giving it a go.
I’m from Manchester England and a retired aerobics instructor.
I also have sore knees, hips, and back due to years of high impact aerobic exercise.
I don’t have a weight problem as I still manage to walk everyday for now, but how long I can keep doing that is uncertain.
I do know that if it’s possible for you to move, you should really try to do some form of exercise as it will help you with your weight loss.
