A Lifeline24 personal alarm is their to provide the user support any time, day or night. If the users needs assistance all they need to do is press the button on their pendant or base unit. This will send an alert call through to their UK based Response Team.
A member of the Lifeline24 Response Team will respond by dialing through to your alarm and speaking to you over the unit’s loudspeaker. The Response Team member will ask you what has happened and how you are, assessing the situation in order to take the correct course of action. If you need additional assistance, they will then call on your emergency contacts to come and help you. If urgent medical care is required, they will call through to the Emergency Services.
