Luggie Folding Mobility Scooters or ‘Luggie Scooters’ is a trading name of local Mobility UK, which is part of the UK Mobility Group. We have been chosen by Freerider to promote this special product due to our history of excellent customer service and track record retailing their mobility scooter range.
Local Mobility was established by husband-and-wife team Paul and Sarah, who were inspired when Paul’s Grandfather Albert purchased a mobility scooter. A proud ex-coal miner and Wigan Rugby Player, the family saw how a mobility scooter truly transformed his life for the better. Family days out were once again possible and Albert regained his independence.
The family business grew and we are proud to employ people who share the same values and understand the ethos of the business.
Luggie Folding Mobility Scooters have been promoting and selling the mobility scooter range since its launch in 2009. We have offices and a showroom in Lancashire, along with travelling representatives who cover the entire United Kingdom.
