Julie Ford is a personal trainer, fitness coach and entrepreneur. At the age of 65 she didn’t retire, she restarted and became an inventor; she invented Instepp.
Movement, health and fitness have always been at the centre of Julie’s life, from teaching Physical Education in schools, to personal training across all ages from 18-80. Julie has explored and embraced every innovative idea, trend and fad and tries to keep abreast of the latest scientific research.
An unexpected brush with cancer only reinforced Juie’s determination to keep healthy and strong.
Julie Ford now runs Instepp classes and retreats as well as running the online Instepp shop.
