Yummy Raw Brownies
Ingredients
400g of dates
140g of pecans
2-3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
Method – Very Easy
Simply blend the pecans in a food processor until they form a crumbly mixture (not to small) , then add the dates and blend again before adding the honey or agave nectar
Place the mixture on a baking tray, dish or cake tin (I use a square Pyrex dish) then press down firmly and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow them to set. You don’t have to refrigerate but it is much easier to slice once chilled. Cut into 10 – 15 pieces and enjoy!
Keep them in an air tight container in the fridge for freshness if they last that long!
Also nice if you add some shredded unsweetened coconut
