Put aside your racist comments,
stand together side by side.
Unite against the murderers,
Give them no place to hide.
The only way is forward
and all people must unite,
to drive out hate and prejudice
in the darkest hour of night.
Do not let the threat control you,
do not let this evil win.
Together we are powerful
if we let each other in.
Be the kind of neighbour
who sifts out the right from wrong,
with little acts of kindness
standing tall and staying strong.
It’s time to leave out colour,
religion, creed and race
and show and spread compassion
on our tiny dot in space.
