The Hazards of Plastic
Plastic here and plastic there
Plastic floating everywhere
In our lakes, river and seas
Giving marine life fatal diseases
Or maiming them by the million
Cleaning up seas will take a billion
Wrapped around Meat, fruit and veg
Eliminating this usage we have to pledge
Going back to paper bags we must do
Cardboard and paper is much safer to
Avoid all food with plastic wrapping
Cosmetics and toiletries it’s just trappings
Drinks in glass bottles are a must
They don’t leech chemicals into us
Stopping using plastic where it’s not needed
Means we will have truly succeeded
In making our world a better place
For the future human race
