Tasty Potato and Egg bake
If you want a dish that is cheap and tasty, try this:
Buttery mashed potato in a casserole.
Put in a halved hard-boiled egg for each consumer round the edges.
Cover in cheese sauce.
Put slices of fresh tomato around edges.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Cook in a hot oven till topping brown. Delicious.
