Sorry I don’t remember

Sorry I don’t remember your name
Have I known you long
Have you come to do my dinner
Or dance to my favourite song?

Did we once play together
When we were very small
I’m sorry I don’t remember you
I’m sorry I don’t recall?

Are you a relation of mine
Your name it rings a bell
My memory isn’t what it was
Go on please do tell?

Was I a nice person
And did I treat you well
Did I have a nice childhood
When I was just a girl?

I’m sorry I don’t remember
Frustrated I do get
I wish I could have memories again
And remember the time we met.
