Nobody Knows

Just a reminder to always be kind.  We never know what others are going through unless we walk in their shoes ❤️

Nobody Knows

Nobody knows you were crying
Before you left your home today
Or looks deep enough into your eyes
To see you’re not okay

Nobody knows it takes all your strength
To get up out of bed
Or sees the constant mixed up thought
That dance inside your head

Nobody knows what you’re going through
That you feel far from your best
With life’s aches,pains, and worries
Weighing heavy on your chest

Nobody knows you’re drowning
If you cannot share your pain
Please reach out to someone
So you feel alive again

Nobody else walks in your shoes
Or feels your daily struggle
When you mask your woes with a painted smile
Whilst your life feels in a muddle

Wouldn’t it be nice if somebody knew
And could help you find the way
To heal yourself and soothe your mind
So you can enjoy today
