Mr Postman

Mr Postman

Hey Up, Mr Postman
I think it’s fair to say
My stomach is feeling empty
You should be on your way.

I only take a little nip
Then we both run up the drive
Your arm’s are always waving
Feeling good your still alive.

I think I need a bag like yours
To put in all my treats
Then you wouldn’t have to throw them
As your running down the street.

Hello, here comes a new one,
Just a nip, I think today
Then I’ll get a little closer,
When he comes another day.

I wouldn’t really hurt him
It’s just a game to play
A dog has to keep his status
In that old familiar way.
