You can’t eat that cake

Cut out the sugar
I’m going to try
For the good of my health
I think that’s why.

As the years have gone on
So has the fat
A visit to the doctors
You can’t weigh that!

I know he’s right
For the good of my health
Looking in the mirror
I keep telling myself.

You need to loose weight
Your tyres getting bigger
Don’t eat that cake
It’s not good for your figure

My clothes are a bit tight
They show off my curves
Big pants a necessity
Thongs in reserve.

No don’t eat that cake
With jam and cream
Nibble a nut
A slimmers  dream.

Drink plenty of water
You won’t want to eat
I have plenty of that
It’s stored round my feet.

Blood pressure normal
Cholesterol, a bit high
Blood sugar stable
Diet, I’ll try.

I’ll let you know
How I do
You can’t eat that cake
It’s not good for you.
