Burgers
Ingredients:
Large packet of mince
2 eggs
1 onion diced
Tub breadcrumbs – I use Tesco ones
salt and pepper
Mixed herbs
What to do:
Put mince and onion in a bowl crack the eggs into a cup stir, and add to mince.
Add salt pepper and a large pinch of herbs
Mix together
Add half of the breadcrumbs and mix together
Then make the burgers the size you want
Normally makes about 10 to 12
Bake in the centre oven on 200° to 250°
Or you can grill them – just takes longer
Serve with a bun and chips
