Are You Stuck In A Rut?

For anybody feeling a little down of late.  Maybe because of a job you feel stuck in or, just because each day feels the same.  Here’s for a better tomorrow.😊

Are You Stuck in A Rut?

Are you stuck in a rut
And it’s driving you mad
Your mood swings from happy
To angry and sad

Does your mind fill with dread
As your rise from your bed
As those negative thoughts
All swirl in your head

Yes, you’re trapped on life’s treadmill
At least that’s what you think
Each day is so mundane
With your nerves on the brink

Well, wake up my friend
And take back control
Think big, dig deep
And re-set your goals

You’re only as stuck
As you let yourself be
You hold the power
To set yourself free

As the old saying goes
You are not a tree
If you don’t like where you’re at
Move on and you’ll be free
