Are you a dipper or a dunker?

China cup and saucer
Or a mug that’s twice the size.

It doesn’t really matter
As long as you can dip or dunk away
Put the choice of the biscuit, to the test
What was your choice today?

A plain or chocolate digestive
A custard cream or chocolate crunch
Jammie Dodgers, or Malted Milk
For your elevensies, or after lunch.

For me it’s always Gingernuts
Which have stood the test of time.
If your a professional dunker
To have not tried them, is such a crime.

If you choose, the cup and saucer
A quick dip, is probably the best
Dunking in your china cup
Can lead to such a mess.

But with a mug your definitely a dunker
Don’t mind the odd soggy crumb
OK you can loose a bit of your tea
But dunking is more fun.

So to all the dippers and dunkers
We know that timing is the key
Dip it once to often
It ends up in your tea.

No, you can’t use coffee
It’s against the dippers and dunkers law
Dipping biscuits in your coffee
Don’t give it a seconds thought.
