A Better Tomorrow

A Better Tomorrow

If the world would just
wake up and see
There’s no need to fight
Let us live our lives free

A world where fear
is replaced by love
Lives made much better
By the powers above

This world is big enough
for us all
There’s no need to fight
No one wants to fall

The children are suffering
it’s just so unfair
Pray for a miracle to
Rescue them from despair

And as for the animals
It’s not their fight
Their lives in tatters
With no end in sight

If love and kindness could be
Sprinkled all around
Maybe a solution to this
Sadness could be found

From the depths of this madness
And absolute horror
We all live in hope
For a better tomorrow
