Daily diaries of those who are self-isolating due to Coronavirus9.15am we got to our local garden centre, hardly any one there, bought compost and plants to keep us busy over the next few weeks! Relieved to get a Morrisons slot for a couple of weeks time. Lovely volunteers in our village offering to help!ViewDate:

Should we use Happy Holidays instead of Happy Christmas?Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus. No other reason for the holiday.ViewDate:

Is August too soon for shops to be stocking Christmas products?Christmas is so commercial now. Cards and other Christmas stuff should not be seen till the end of November, and shops and restaurants should not be decorated till December. Try to focus on the real message of Christmas.ViewDate:

Do you want another EU Referendum? What planet are they on ? We voted to come out, it's up to our elected MPs to work out the best deal for us and get on with it. That's what I voted for them to do,and have no need for another vote.ViewDate:

Would you like to see the mail, rail and energy industries nationalised?Idealistically yes, but realistically no. So many other priorities right now. Labour can afford to be idealistic as they know there's no chance they will be in power to carry it through.ViewDate:

Are there 'boy jobs and girl jobs' in your home?Pink jobs - dusting, cooking, hoovering, loading dishwasher and many others! Blue jobs - ironing, cleaning windows, anything involving ladders. Plenty of mixed jobs depending on time and inclination - gardening, cleaning cars and emptying bins. -
