Hi Kate I might be interested. I too don't like racing everywhere, just like taking it easy. I have 4 other people that I can't seem to get a response to - something must be wrong. I was looking to go to Rome mid-September. Flying out of Edinburgh. I also had a photo, which has now disappeared!

Hi I have left messages with two people who responded to me, but so far nothing! I see others have also had trouble. What are we doing wrong? Cannot find them again either - very frustrating as I am wanting to sort my holiday.

Hi Ginni Tried to get private chat with you but it wouldn't connect. This sounds like a plan! Normally I fly direct from Edinburgh with ryanair which goes to Ciampino. From there, my lovely hosts pick me/us up and take us direct to the house (and back). Takes all the hassle out of worrying about transfers. I'm sure we could work something out. As the private chat thing doesn't seem to be working, if you would like to contact me direct by email first of all, we can find out a little about each other and I think we'll both then get a "feel" as to whether we'll work - but I can't see why not as you've responded to my spiel! Hello. I'm 55 straight married lady looking for female companion to travel to Rome with me in September for a week.. I have lovely apartment lined up. 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. Husband not interested in travel and previous friends/family now unable to go for a variety of reasons. Like to have alone time occasionally - don't need entertaining, but don't want to go alone. Love classical architecture, culture, etc. Have been 3 times already - so much to see. Like to chill/chat, take it as it comes. Husband does not wish to travel and family/friends are no longer able to go. Am looking to stay a week/10 days. Self-sufficient and enjoy my own company, but don't want to travel alone.
