Does anyone else suffer with Tinnitus?About getting to sleep, try to avoid drugs. One method suggested to me was to relax and try visualising everything you had done during the day from waking up, breakfast onwards. I've tried it and it works. While trying to remember what you've done you forget about the tinnitus.ViewDate:

Would you like to turn back time?I would definitely not like to go back in time. My book 'Health and Heartbreak - Healthcare Before the NHS' describes what people had to put up with before modern medicine. It's thought-provoking reading. Be thankful for what we've got. -
