UPGRADING TO WINDOWS 10The dongle I use is quite old in fact must stop being a tightwad and get a new one. If you install the drivers using compatibility mode the chances are it will work. I use lots of old equipment by doing this.ViewDate:

Just joined so I'm introducing myself.Actually been a member for two years but only just started using the site. Seventy years old. Married with three children and seven grandchildren. Originally from London but moved too Cornwall just over twenty years ago. I enjoy gardening, eating out and walking which I combine with my hobby of photography.ViewDate:

Kindle vs BookI just love books. Have to admit I have never tried a Kindle but cannot see me giving up trips to the library, charity shops or bookshops. Just enjoy looking for books to read.ViewDate:

Windows 10 does anybody use it?I use 10 on my desktop and laptop. My first windows was 95 so go back a way. No problems with it in fact would say it is the best OS yet. For copying old slides I have an old Canon scanner with equally old software by using the compatibility mode it all works as it should. Does all I want it to do. -
