Speakers Corner CommentsHi Berri Quality over quantity every time. In UK we don't have the same options as you in Holland, but we do have advance directives eg Do Not Resuscitate - to my mind you will only be worse after resuscitation and probably considerably worse.. Personally, we also have a advance directive that says if we loose mental capacity permanently then cease all medications except for pain and comfort. Regards Brian
