Unofficially retired as I am one of the many women who were born in th 50s and are attempting to reach their retirement age before the age requirements are shifted yet again without full notification. I live with my husband and we have 3 grownup children and 4 grandchildren .
I enjoy gardening, yoga , reading and meeting up with my old work mates for a chat . -

Should we use Happy Holidays instead of Happy Christmas?If you are going on holiday then yes wish someone a happy holiday, but if you are celebrating Christmas then Merry Christmas is the greeting. Just joined so I'm introducing myself.Good morning everyone. This is my first time on here so I am just finding my way around. I am a 61 year old woman who is having to look for work because this government/ previous government decided to move my pension qualifying age from 60 to 66 without bothering to inform me. I am married with three grownup children and 4 grandchildren. I enjoy gardening, reading, yoga and any excuse to go out for a meal with friends and family. -
