Ha! interesting intro, I've only been a member for five minutes and already find it quite stimulating, sadly no wind in the hair for Sam (see photo)! Also a newbie, although I am lucky in being able to touch type so at least this aspect of communicating is pretty speedy. In my area, which is very rural, having a shunt would probably result in loss of no claims as witness statements would be very unlikely, as many of us probably are aware of, driving standards are definately NOT on the rise! Driving on the white line, speeding, driving whilst on the phone and tailgating are the most common actions exhibited by a large minority of drivers in my area (Lower Wye Valley), so having a dashcam is at least some reassurance that I am not alone! Doesnt seem to alter driver behaviour because unlike cylists (and an increasing number of motorcyclists) where the camera is much more obvious, in a motor vehicle it is not apparant, any ideas how this could be changed? ha, excluding big red flashing lights etc!
