ME/CFS AwarenessI was a bit apprehensive tbh because it is a greatly misunderstood illness, many people think it is just a case of being tired as everyone gets after doing a lot, they don't realise that to do things for a very short time, even chatting, excitement, loud noises can create a flare up..Thank you x
