New to forum and Silversurfers - Hello!Adjustment " is the cornerstone , I think, a bit of volunteering and hobbies, also keeping fit if possible.you probably need to plan your spending as well unless you have just won £33 million!I am 6 months in to retirement and definately still adjusting. -
