Semi retired after 42 years at sea. Finished up as a Marine Auditor and loved the job. Sadly the job didn’t love me! I had a heart attack and had to retire on medical grounds. I now do freelance auditing for local companies here in Perthshire Scotland. I enjoy the meeting people. And passing on my knowledge to the younger generation. I am a part time published Author, primarily Childrens story books but have three adult novels out there as well.
