Hi John sorry for the late reply but keeping my focus is still really hard and I find I jump from one thing to the next and forget easy. I do tend to worry sometimes whether it is just my age 69 that is the cause but then again I do remember before Covid so I am guessing it was that that is causing this along with other stuff. The Dartford crossing mention I found amusing. :-) Trying to adjust to the forums many sections is quite hard at present and I know I am not helping myself by swanning off for months at a time. So I will try to keep it in my mind to visit daily and hope I can grasp some of it. Hope you are both keeping in good health and perhaps one day in the summer we can arrange a meet up say at Pitsea market. At present because of the cold weather winter times I tend to stay indoors because of my emphysema in the summer my breathing improves so that is when I venture out most days to the park and the market. Hi LB, Do hope as Christmas approaches you are feeling much better and that it is a time that makes you push your worries behind if only for a while. I personally retired very early in life 2008 and with the missus working a distance away back in London I was seeing no one because we had moved out to Essex away from the smog of London for my health, but she still had to travel back into Brixton to work, which was taking up 14 hrs a day, which is were I just sat about and stewed over life and ended up getting pretty depressed. But that was all behind me until I got Covid that is and now I am fighting to get my life back on track again. But I will get there I checked my weight this morning and it made me smile to see I had finally stopped losing weight. So hopefully you may come out of your illness a stronger person.

Hi Roger, Yes I just joined this morning and I am not sure what goes where at present hopefully I have posted my first post (new arrival) in the right section. In the meantime hope to chat with everyone soon I will more than likely be popping in daily for a while and trying to get the feel of things. Good luck hopefully see you about and we can chat . Dave

Hi Jean. Got mind on 30/11

Still trying to find my feet again in the music world I know I once loved it playing all day in the background no matter where I was or what I was doing. Loved the selections but still cannot get that old feeling back. Still recovering from Covid . Will try and stay interested and hopefully find away of posting some of my favourite selections.
