GreetingsHi there,Im a widow a lady in my 70s kept fairly youngish im quite spiritual too iv had some weird ghost experiences through my lifetime.. What type of books do you read i enjoy reading about most things but im not into reading novels or love stories . I like the outdoors in the summer months been a good August for the sun this year..I prefer to get to destinations by car or i use public transport..I enjoy a walk as long as its not too far. Have you any hobbies when you get time for youself if so what are they?ViewDate:

You say that you enjoy poetry and also that you go to a writers group thats good that you have hobbies i also like poetry i listen to the ones that my daughter writes i m also interested in writing i have a few pebpals who iv written to for years. Hello to you allHi Marj65, Im a lady in my 70s recently widowed thought i would come on this site to find friends or people to chat to of similer age to myself.. I do agree with your friends when they told you that you are very brave to travel on your own.I have met up with other ladies like yourself who went abroad by themselves this was several years ago when i went on holiday to Spain with my husband .Im not the type of person myself who would go abroad alone. im lucky to have a lovely caring daughter as well as two sons..I may decide to go on holiday with her maybe later this year . I have some hobbies that keep me occupied im into family history iv found that i have some facinating ancestors .I find it very interesting to find out about what their lives were like and what they did for a living .Iv even found out where they lived and iv visited many of these places.I even found that im related to the Kings and Queens of England and France. What part of Suffolk do you live? i have lots of ancestors from Suffolk most recent ones lived in Beccles have often taken a ride there with my daughter in her car as i dont drive.I prefer the Suffolk countryside than here in Norfolk.
