Hashimoto disease - has anyone else experienced it?I’m trying to get off meds. I had Hashimoto’s for about 8 years. My thyroid antibodies are down to 67. So I can say when they are zero I would be in remission. I eat no gluten or soy. I have a healthy diet. I take Vitamin's.ViewDate:

Indoor ridingI do indoor cycling and watch TV. I enjoy being on the road much more but where I live it cold and winter. NYC -
