Winter fuel payments - have you had yours yet?I have had the same automated reply. I live in a retirement flat and because off lockdown I am using much more fuel. Have not received letter or payment. Have asked all my neighbours and they have received theirs so feeling concerned and planning on wearing warmer clothes and keeping heating off.
