Just joined so I'm introducing myself.Hi DelythM2, I am also recently separated and although I am keeping very busy with work and the gym I still find myself alone far to much. Its not easy to start again at this stage in life but try we must. Keeping busy seems to be the key. I have family and grandchildren but as with everyone else they are all busy with their own lives.
